Product Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 45 days of the ship date for a refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Original Condition: Products must be unaltered, in their original coin capsules, and in their original packaging, complete and in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or are otherwise in unsaleable condition.
- Complete Return: All documents and bonus items originally included with the product must also be returned.
- Not Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Please contact our Customer Service Department at [insert contact information] to receive a unique RA number. This number is required for all returns.
- Pack Your Return: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your return package.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the items back to us at the address provided by Customer Service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the cost of the product only, less any applicable discounts. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase (e.g., credited back to the original credit card).
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply at Numiscurio’s discretion for:
- Returns of incomplete items (missing packaging, bonus items, etc.).
- Returns received after the 45-day return period.
- Returns where the RA number is not clearly marked.
We reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
