The Inscription reads: Pontifex Maximus, Tribunicia Potestate Nona, Imperator Tertia, Consul Tertia, Pater Patriae –
High priest, holder of tribunician power for the third  time, supreme commander (Imperator) for the sixth time, consul for the fourth time, father of the nation.
