Obverse:  IMP C AVRELIANVS AVG – Radiate and cuirassed bust of Aurelian to right

The Inscription reads: Imperator, Caesar, Aurelianus Augustus – Supreme commander (Imperator), Caesar, Aurelian, emperor (Augustus)

Reverse:  ORIENS AVG – Sol standing left, raising his right hand in salute and holding globe in his left; to left and right, seated and bound captives in oriental dresses; in field to left, star

The Inscription reads: Oriens Augusti – The rising sun of the emperor (Augustus).
